Myself (42yr old single female) & my 9yr old son are seeking rental accommodation (granny flat, studio apt., partial house rental, duplex, townhouse, unit etc..) anywhere from South Brisbane to Gold Coast areas up to $500p/w.

We have our own full house of furniture (however can store if required) and are just having a hard time finding suitable accommodation due to the high demand of the current QLD rental market.

I am a self employed, part-time working professional cleaner so won’t be home most weekdays and my son is enrolled full-time at school at Mt. Warren Park (Beenleigh area).

I worked as a Senior Property Manager in Real Estate for 16yrs so my son and I are both very respectable, well presented, polite, clean and tidy people who always make any space into our ‘home’ as we value our haven space highly.

Looking for any accommodation that could be a good fit for us up to $500 p/w.

Need to vacate by early Dec ‘25 and can move anytime beforehand, which is also preferable.

I’m very down-to-earth, funny (I think anyway), easy breezy type person who’s happy to just to with the flow and can really quite flexible when it’s required.

We both just love love music (although don’t play any instruments) and both love to get outside and enjoy the beautiful weather hat we’re so lucky to have here in Qld so you’ll find us out and about most weekends/

I also do enjoy a few chilled Sunday brewskis to enjoy after probably from being out on my paddle-board most of the day 🍻
