Hello everyone, I’m 38 years old from China and currently living in Rosebery, Sydney.

I work as a freelancer and have a regular, stable routine. I don’t smoke, I don’t have pets, and I won’t bring friends home. I’m very clean and will keep the common areas tidy, respect my roommates’ privacy, and I’m easy to get along with and trustworthy.

I enjoy cooking and can make some simple Chinese home-style dishes. If my roommates are interested, we can also share and exchange meals together. Although my English is not very good yet, I’m happy to make friends and learn together (I can also teach some Chinese).

I’m looking for a private room in a shared house and hope to rent long-term. I plan to move in around January 15.
Preferred areas: Rosebery and nearby (Alexandria / Mascot / Zetland / Waterloo, etc. Other areas are also negotiable.)
Budget: around $250–$280/week (negotiable depending on the room).
