Young at heart 52-year-old mama of 3(31,21,13). My 13‑year‑old son lives with me full‑time, though he does spend time with his dad occasionally. We’re a quiet, easygoing duo who get along with pretty much anyone — happy to have a social drink/coffee and a chat, but always respectful of everyone’s space.

We also have three well‑behaved cat fur babies — Sirius, Ragnar and Kili — who bring a lot of love but no chaos. They’re very smoochy and spend most of their time napping or following us around for cuddles.

My son is usually in his room gaming(quietly) or doing his own thing, and I’m much the same — I like to game occasionally, bake, read, and get lost in ancestry research. We’re homebodies at heart, but we do enjoy getting out and about when the mood strikes.

I’m actively looking for work and needing to move due to the sale of our current home. I’m looking for a peaceful, stable place to settle into and contribute to, preferably on a 6–12‑month lease.
