Hi! I’m Clément, a friendly French guy moving to the Mornington Peninsula for a 6-month work contract (March to August) at Pt Leo Estate.

A few things about me as a housemate:

Very reliable (and rent always on time): I’ll be working full-time, so I have a stable routine and a secure income. No stress, no surprises.

Clean : I like a tidy place and I naturally respect shared spaces. I clean after myself and expect the same — simple and fair.

Easy-going & respectful: I’m sociable and enjoy good conversations, shared meals or a glass of wine, but I also really value calm moments and personal space. I’m not the party-every-night type.

Longer stay, no turnover: I’m looking for a home for the full autumn and winter season (March–August), so you won’t have to re-list the room every month.
