You’ll be better off with someone other than me if you’re into smoking, heavy drinking, or wanting a high-energy social life at home.

I work 4 days in a white collar profession and get on well with anyone who is studying. Most weeks I’ll be away some of the time giving you extra time to yourself (more details when we chat).

I’m flexible on pets, room setup, building type, and dates/durations. I’m more fixed on locations, having parking, and having aircon / fans / breeze. Dishwasher and NBN highly desirable. The budget can flex a bit relative to any features your place has.
