I’m a working dad with two great young kids and I’ll be staying at their place some nights and your share house (by myself) for the others.

I love my quiet downtime and privacy and value mutual respect and open communication. I’m into walking, reading, good pizza, great coffee, and wide range of music and podcasts.

You’ll be better off with someone other than me if you’re a couple with no other roommates, into smoking / heavy drinking / partying, or want to do a lot of shared meals and big gatherings.

I’m flexible on pets, room setup, building type, and dates/durations. I’m more fixed on locations, having parking, and having aircon / fans / breeze. Dishwasher and NBN highly desirable. Similar outlook on life would be great.
