I’m pretty quiet day to day: I work on my own stuff, play games, go down strange internet/knowledge rabbit holes, and keep shared spaces respectful. I like houses where people are kind, a bit nerdy or at least ND/queer/trauma-aware, and where communication is straightforward rather than passive-aggressive.
I have indoor-only cats and I am extremely serious about door and window safety. I’m happy to set up an “airlock” (using gates/door closers, etc.) so you don’t have to manage them, but I do need housemates who genuinely respect that boundary and won’t treat it as optional. I’m looking for a non-party, emotionally safe home with people who enjoy a mix of co-existing in peace and the occasional shared chat, show or game if the vibe is right. If “home as a refuge” and “indoor cat safety” makes sense to you, we’ll probably get on really well.
