We are two master’s students at the University of Melbourne and have been studying here for one semester. We plan to rent for a full year. One of us is from Taiwan and is supported by a Taiwanese government scholarship, which provides stable financial support. We are responsible, tidy, and maintain quiet, consistent study routines. We don’t smoke, don’t host parties, and always keep our living environment clean. Since our current student accommodation contract ends in January, we are hoping to move in around that time.
