I'm a researcher/part-time worker at Melbourne Uni. I'm an organized, clean and respectful individual who enjoys reading and playing video games in his free time. I'm looking for a room for the next 4-5 months.
Hey! My partner and I have moved permanently to Melbourne. We are both from New Zealand. We are both friendly respectful people with experience sharing a home with other people. We aren't big partiers but do love sharing food and drinks at home or going out to see some live music. I personally love travel, photography, and cooking. I love to cook for other people as well so if you aren't a big fan of the kitchen I could be a big help ;) For fun, I love to go to the beach, plan weekends away and explore the city. My partner is a very fit and outdoorsy person. He used to run professionally and still loves to do it non competitively. He does also love music. He plays guitar and if you start talking music will always stand by Led Zeppelin. We are looking for a room either fairly centrally or near Fitzroy. It would be great to spend some time with who we live with but we also enjoy doing our own thing. We aren't too fussed about having our own bathroom or anything like that.
I've just finished my Bachelor of Arts (IR and Development Studies) and am working full time in social research to save up before I start my law degree in a couple of years. I want to be an Environmental Lawyer but I need some breathing space first after that last degree hehe. I moved from central vic four years ago for uni and love everything about the inner north. I love sewing, cooking, adventures in nature. I'm keen for a vino and a boogy (tech house is my guilty pleasure, I know I know, it isn't a real genre) but I don't bring the party home. I work a heap at the moment so am more of home body when I'm free, but I love having a chat in the kitchen or dinner together from time to time. I love the sunshine, comfy clothes and indoor plants! 🌿 I'm really looking for somewhere I can settle down, close in to the inner north and city preferably. I would love a queer friendly, open minded house that values communication and respect for others/their space/their stuff. I would consider myself respectful, neat and tidy, and am very environmentally conscious (although still improving). I would ideally like to live with people who are cool with me being vego (although i cook separately), and use the recycling bin properly (or are willing to learn). I can bring sewing supplies, a chest freezer, and lots of chats about all sorts of things. Ultimately, I'm looking for a ~home~ not just a house!!! I'm free to move in any time from now on... my old lease lapsed (it was too far from the inner north) and I'm staying with friends which is fine but i'd prefer to move sooner rather than later. The absolute ultimate would be if my sister could join me too (we're besties and have lived together in Melbourne for 1.5yrs... and our childhoods too of course), but if we have to split up we have to split up ☺️
Hi guys! I'm Oli, 27 year old environmental consultant and climbing enthusiast. I work 9-5 in the cbd and enjoy a beer or film after work. I love to cook and will often be trying my hand at bread making, pasta, brewing etc. I go rock climbing a few nights a week and will usually be trying to get outdoors on the off weekend or settle in for board games with mates. Would love to meet you all and hope to speak soon. Cheers! Oli
I am a first year Commerce student at University of Melbourne looking to move out of home and rent a room closer to university for convenience. I am very friendly, relaxed and easygoing, of Chinese-background, and prefers a single bedroom with a nice environment suitable for studying.

I am looking for my next home! I study and work part-time. I love to get to know those who I am living with and am hoping to find or help to create a lovely community. I love to cook, sew, garden, create and share my skills as well as learn from others. One of my favourite things is to cook and share meals with others. I am passionate about sustainability and architecture. I value honest and open communication. I don't mind the odd boogie on the weekend but don't bring the party home (I really just prefer having a quiet warm bed to go home to)!
Hello! My name is Pernille and I’m a 25-year-old girl from Denmark. I study Human Nutrition at the University of Copenhagen in Denmark where I’m currently writing my master thesis. I’m moving to Melbourne to write my thesis in collaboration with Monash University in Clayton. Here, I’m gonna participate in a clinical trial and collect data for my thesis which will take place pretty much all day, Monday to Friday. I have previously lived in a dorm where I shared a kitchen with 12 other students, so I’m used to living with other people. I’m very social and like to hang out with friends. In my free time I like to go to the gym, go to cafes and also watch a lot of Netflix. I also like to make a lot of delicious vegetarian food. I’m looking for a place from beginning of March and for approx. 6-7 months.
Hi there! My name is Martijn, twenty-seven years old an The Netherlands is what I call home. Currently traveling and working in Australia and returned to Melbourne because it’s Australia’s best city! I’m a sports man, love any kind of exercise. If I’m not doing a work out I like to read, cook or do some photographing. Looking forward to meet you!
We are an easy going couple. I am a French food lover. I love to cook and to do sport. My girlfriend Suryane is an adorable Austrian girl, she loves yoga, cooking and any form of art. She is a barista and I am a landscaper. We are both looking for a quiet and clean flat to share with people who like to share stories and moments. We like privacy and socializing equally :).
I'm a Canadian/Australian student studying architecture at Uni Melb. I mostly spend my time at school, otherwise I explore this wonderful city. I'm a chill person who always pays rent, cleans up and loves to meet new people :) Ideally I would like to find a room share in a neighborhood closer to cbd or university of Melbourne
I'm a chef so I'm hardly home. Enjoy catching up for a beer in the times that I am at home. I sometimes bring home delicious food from work to share and enjoy cooking for people. I'm easy going but know how to look after myself and keep a house. I like have a bit of fun on the weekends so would like to live in an environment where I can have a few mates over sometimes and everyone is welcome.
Hi I am Alex Im originally from Greece and for the last 7 years I have been living in London. I have decided to travel around the world and my first stop will be Melbourne where I will be working as a chef. I am an easy going person always ready to party or chill but at the same time being respectful for the person that I am with. I have recently moved to Melbourne and I am looking for place to live. My number one priority is to be clean and tidy the rest I'm ok with.
I’m clean and tidy, employed full time with a pet Labrador (she stays with my parents at the moment but if I can I’d love to have her with me). I’m relatively new to Melbourne and love exploring or going on day trips! However I also like to have lazy days binge watching reality tv. I enjoy my alone time but I don’t want to hide out in my room either. It would be nice to have a housemate who is also a friend. It’s very important to me that this isn’t a party house (atleast not regularly) and that you clean up after yourself aswell.
I'm V! Originally from brazil and lover of art, nature, health and science. have been working in the alternative health industry for a while and since arrived in Melbourne doing part times gigs while treating clients with acupuncture. I enjoy meeting creatives, socialising and I'm currently looking for a room in a clean shared house with mind liked people. Moving date would be sat 2nd march.
I am Ivy from Yunnan, a 22-year-old master student at the University of Melbourne. I am enthusiastic about life, so I always see things with a desire to find true beauty. Traveling and arts are my favorite. As an Erasmus student (exchange program in France), I visited over forty cities/ towns in Europe. Absolutely an unforgettable experience! Exposing myself to the bigger world makes me more humble, tolerant and curious. Meanwhile, I have learned to get along with people from different backgrounds and I cherish friendships with my foreign friends. If possible, we should do language exchanges. I have many interests, including cooking, biking, hiking, going to cinemas, having picnics etc. I look for flatmates who are willing to share stories and feelings after work/ study. A glass of wine at bars or a cup of coffee from time to time would be wonderful because I know Melbourne hosts countless great cafes. As for daily chores, I lived with a friend for four years when I studied a bachelor's degree. I know how to respect residential rules and private space. In fact, I do cleaning every week and pay rentals on time. As a return, I expect someone(s) who like a tidy, clean place to share accommodation. Eventually, we shall call our place "home"!
Hey! I've just moved over to Melbourne from Adelaide for work as a civil engineer and am looking for a place in the inner suburbs. Pretty chilled out person who likes a run and a beer. I’ve lived in sharehouses before and know the drill on how to be a good housemate in terms of personal space and being respectful etc. I’m also pretty clean and mindful of keeping shared spaces relatively tidy. Engineering is pretty dry so in my spare time I like to keep active and do fun things and get out and about, like to go for a run and play a bit of soccer but also really keen on art and design, drawing, exploring Melbourne etc so won’t be in your hair the whole time. Definitely down to chat more if you’re interested, feel free to text if that's easier! Cheers, Alex
Hi! I am in Melbourne from California on a working/holiday visa and looking for a cozy place to call home. Working in hospitality but when I’m not I enjoy some reading, networking, Netflix, working out, eating, and going on adventures. Wiiiiiii! :)
Hey Gang, I am beginning the process of moving back to Melbourne from Brisbane. I'm originally from Tassie, I lived in Melbourne (Carlton) for a few years before moving up to Bris in 2017 to develop a tech start up. Now is the time I want to move back to Melbourne to settle long term, and I am able to continue my role. (I will be travelling back an forth to Brisbane & Sydney from time to time) I'm generally just a nice, courteous and open minded person who enjoy's all the usual (and unusual) cultural aspects of life. I have lived in share houses for the duration of my 20's. I understand the in's and out's of sharing a home with people and am able to communicate with, and appreciate people on all levels - this isn’t my first rodeo. I am north-side inclined, however, will be happy in most places close to the city with a good sense of community. Looking to make the move in the next 4-6 weeks but tbc. Best Oli ..

I am an honours student, so I am looking for chilled housemates that also like a tidy and fun living house. I do like to party, but normally I go out for that. In the house, i am more of a Movie nights, wine and popcorn type of girl. I do have some furniture for the house, but if the house is already furnished I can sell them. Any questions, shoot me a message!
