Hey, I’m seeking a clean, comfortable room for 1–2 months while waiting for my new place to become available at the end of January. I currently live in Bondi and keep a storage unit and parking space on Bondi Rd, so staying local is ideal.

I run my own trade business, have a stable income, and I’m very respectful of people’s space. I’m tidy, organised, and used to living in well-maintained apartments. I train most days and keep a busy schedule, so I’m rarely home during work hours.

I’m a reliable, easygoing short-term tenant to who can take care of your room/place over the Xmass period. Also away for a period 26th dec to 4th Jan.
