I'm 35 and very happily single. Clean to the point of being a little annoying -- OCD runs in the family. Although I will occasionally have friends or family visit I do like to have a respectful and mostly quiet home life. I am looking for a place to make home with one or two other housemates and enough room for us all to be comfortable. I would prefer a bathroom of my own if possible and off street parking of some sort. Please note I need a larger than average room, as I have a large queen size bed plus a few odds and ends for my bedroom space that I will need to bring with me. I would like to find a housemate to be friendly with, but I also very much enjoy being in my own space. If none of this offends you at all please feel free to get in touch. A little bit more about me: I work in publishing so I love books, and also movies, TV, plays, music (especially live), etc. I'm a mad (mad!) cricket fan and also like rugby league. I like to think of myself as an environmentally aware person and I'm interested in politics and the world around us (even if it does frustrate me from time to time). I also like checking out cool pubs, especially if they're old and haunted.
I am a security guard that works a lot and I am looking for a place to rent close by to work in Bondi. On my days off I enjoy hiking and outdoors. I'm a very clean person. I prefer non-smokers, or if smoking can be taken outside not in the living rooms. And when you've had a hard days work I enjoy ordering pizza. :)
Im from the UK, I'm an active person always looking for adventure, I like to keep fit and stay healthy but nights out and pizza are still on the cards. I'm positive about life and looking to move to Sydney at the end of October. I want to start off with a year and then take it from there potentially farming or traveling again maybe stay for good who knows... I have a few friends already out in Sydney and I'm now looking for a change and experience a new lifestyle, I've moved around a few jobs Personal trainer/ lifeguard, labourer, pensions adviser and now looking for a new experience. Hope to find some great flat mates or a teamup.

Hi everyone ! :) I'm Danaé, from France and I'm 20. I'm moving from Melbourne to Sydney after 6 months au-pairing and I'm already looking for a job (cafe/bar) in the Bondi area. I'll need a nice place to live and cool roomates once I'll find my dream job! I'm really tidy and organized (that's good when you were looking after children, right?) and hate being late! I love music (but I have earphones, don't worry haha), tattoos, wine and beer, movies and cooking. I'm openminded and like partying as much as I like staying in bed all day watching series. I'm the kind of person who always care about others and I know the rules of community life : I slept in a boarding school for two years in France, in a large blended family and in three different host families in Australia. Nobody had to complain about me ! No smoking, snoring, sleepwalking/talking ;) Looking for a place from (around) August the 12th to the end of November. Looking foreward to hear from you, Kisses, cheese & good vibes Danaé

Hi! I'm almost a Sydney-sides after spending almost 3 years here - originally from Melbourne but spent few years in Brisbane and London. I'm 36, professional, up and at the gym most mornings before work. As a flatmate, I value the importance of a comfortable home life - I'm tidy, considerate and easy to live with!
I work in the wine industry & happy to share any samples I bring home with my flatmate/s. I'm usually quiet & tidy. I tend to keep myself a bit but I love to socialize as well. Would love a flatmate/s I could enjoy a coffee/tea/meal/alcoholic beverage with either at home or out & about. I'm easy going & easy to get along with. My party days are behind me.
Hi guys, I'm looking for a room for myself. I'm a 22 year old Personal Training from Wales (UK). Looking for vibrant and outgoing people to live with. I love living with sociable people who enjoy a beer or two on the weekends, yet due to my job it does mean that throughout the weekday I stick to a routine and enjoy some peace and quiet. I can afford between $200- $280 p/w. Wouldn't mind sharing a room as long as there's enough space for us. Get in touch if you can help a girl out with her first move! Thanks

I am working full time at the CBD but i am looking for a long term accommodation at a place near the beach where i can disconnect from the city. I am a very laidback and social guy that loves to be outdoors, although not a party person i do enjoy a couple of drinks with friends every now and then. Love team sports, movies and music so i guess i am quite mainstream. Looking forward to meet you
I moved to Sydney from the US earlier this year and am currently living in Bondi. Unfortunately after just a month or two they upped our rent so I'm looking for somewhere else in Bondi that fits my budget and enables me to travel :). Also would love to find a place with ocean views! I'm loving Bondi, and work in Pyrmont during the week. I like to stay active, and work out most days. Looking for a chilled, welcoming place to call home.
Hi All I work for a Relocations Company specialising in assisting Filipino Chefs coming into the country on 457 visas. Our service provides 4 weeks accommodation on their arrival which we pay for them up front. After this time they will either find their own accommodation or you can negotiate with them to stay longer term although you are under no obligation to do so. Accommodation should be fully inclusive of bills, ideally including WIFI and candidates can pay a cash bond equal to 2 weeks on arrival day. We look for single and twin occupancy rooms (no bunk beds) We meet and great at the airport, bring them to their accommodation and also provide a cultural settlement program including travel card, cultural seminar about life in Australia as well as ensuring they have bank account, TFN and super set up. Filipinos are known for having excellent English language skills, being very respectful and also hard working. Locations are varied as they are dependent on their employment location. Most candidates do not drive so accommodation must be within easy reach of reliable public transport that runs later at night due to nature of chef hours or be within walking distance to their place of work. We now have visas lodged for the following locations: *Hope Island, Gold Coast x 1 *Alexandria x 1 *Bondi Beach x 1 *Wollongong x 3 *Narellan x 1 *Mona Vale x 5 Singles & 1 Couple *Cessnock x 1 *Gregory Hills x 2 We now have the following visas APPROVED and are planning deployment to Australia: *Woolwich x 1 Please note: we are unable to commit to a move in date until the visa has been approved.
