Hi, my name is Jin, and I recently applied for this share house.
I know the share house market is very competitive, so I wanted to introduce myself a bit more personally so you can get a clearer idea of who I am. I’m looking for a place to stay, so I wanted to make sure I introduce myself properly.

I’m a 29-year-old on a working holiday visa. I graduated from university in Korea with a Nursing degree, and I’m a licensed Registered Nurse in both Korea and Australia. I’ll be working as an RN at Bupa Aged Care New Farm, so I’m hoping to find a place near New Farm.

I’m currently in Brisbane and actively searching for a place to live, and I’m really looking forward to meeting great housemates.

I love nature, and I enjoy running and swimming. I also like hanging out with friends at social gatherings, but I don’t smoke at all. I’m friendly, active, and I enjoy spending time with people. And I’m quiet at home and I really value a peaceful and respectful living environment.

I’m also very tidy and have a habit of keeping shared spaces clean. I respect other people’s schedules and boundaries and always try to be considerate at home.
