I'M a 64 yo male, been out of Aus for over 11 years working and travelling (worked in hospitality and including a castle hotel), returning back home to deal with some health and personal matters.

Currently I'm in Hobart but it's too cold for me - I just realised after being in PH

I would like to rent a single private room nearby city location and conveniences. I'm expecting to arrive first week of February .

Previously I lived in Melbourne for 30 years.

My partner of 10 years is a Filipina not travelling with me, staying at our home in the PH.
I'm clan and tidy and woulld klik a nice quite place to do my purpose but happy to interact socially

I'm planning ahead. Please advise availability and address close to transport is needed as I will not be driving. Pets / cats are fine
