Hi, my name is Hye-won. I’m 29 years old and originally from Korea.

I’m currently on a Working Holiday visa.
I previously worked as a registered nurse in Korea, and I’ll be studying English for about three months before looking for work here. I’m financially responsible and always pay my rent on time, so you won’t need to worry about late payments.

I’m a clean, quiet, and respectful person who values a peaceful and tidy home environment. I always keep shared areas clean and would appreciate living with someone who is also considerate and tidy.

I prefer a room with a window. I love animals, so I’m very comfortable living with pets. However, I’m not comfortable with indoor smoking or living room sharing.

My budget is up to $400 per week including bills, and I’m mainly looking for a place in the CBD area.

I will be arriving in Australia on March 31st, so I’ll be available for inspections from April 1st. I’m available to move in from April 5th and would like to stay for at least three months.
