I’m looking for a room in a good condition anywhere in Perth (Bayswater would be awesome).

I’m clean, quiet, responsible and look after the place well.

I do not smoke, drink, do drugs or party by the way.
I’m looking for a chill place where I can relax and recharge. At least 6 months possibly 12 months or longer. Cats in the house would be super nice 😊
