My name is Niclas, and I’m really excited about the chance to become your new flatmate. I’m a carpenter, and when I’m not working you’ll usually find me at the gym, out fishing, or watching/playing sports. I’m easy-going, respectful, and I enjoy living in a clean and comfortable home.

I’m reliable with bills, tidy in shared areas, and I really appreciate a relaxed atmosphere where everyone gets along. I don’t need constant socializing, but I’m always up for a good chat or a casual hangout if it happens naturally.
