My name is Adrian. I’m currently looking for a clean, comfortable flat to move into around 22 December 2025. I work full-time as Digital Designer, so I keep a steady routine and a reliable income.

A little about me:
-I’m tidy, respectful, and easy to live with.
-I don’t cause drama and I like a peaceful home.
-I pay rent on time and take good care of the space.
-Some of the things I enjoy are going to the gym, dragon boating and gaming, but I’m not a big party person.

Ideally, I’m looking for a place close to Warriewood, with good access to transport and shops. I’m open to meeting flatmates and seeing the space whenever it suits you.
