My name is Jing from China, arriving in Melbourne on my Working Holiday Visa on December 25th.
I'm looking for a short-term place to stay for 2 to 4 weeks while I get myself set up . This will be my temporary base before I head to a regional town for 2nd year visa in February, so I am a definite short-term tenant.
I enjoy a clean and peaceful living environment. My routine is quite consistent: I'm an early riser and go to bed early.
I'm a non-smoker, and I can cook simple meals to prepare for myself. I enjoy creative hobbies like drawing, knitting, and macrame. I'm also a big fan of K-pop and Anime.
I'm ideally looking for a room where bills (utilities & internet) are included.
