I'm very clean and tidy. Keep to myself, but friendly and helpful. I only have a couple of friends who don't like to intrude on my privacy. I have one daughter (28 yrs old) that's married and 5 grandchildren that live in Charlton Vic and she doesn't have a licence to drive and her hubby works full-time so I go out there most weekends so I'm not usually around Saturday or Sunday. I'm not a weak female so I'm handy if any lifting or large jobs need helping with. I love to help if needed and can do small handyman jobs if required. I love mowing and gardening.. Im also a pretty good cook and always clean up as I go. I prefer to keep to myself and don't like annoying people, but will ask questions if I'm unsure about anything to do with the property or renting. I Can talk about anything if needed, I'm not shy. I have a police clearance certificate issued in May this year if wanted to see, your more than welcome. I love walking/hiking, fishing , animals of all sorts. I am unemployed at the moment as I've recently returned from western Australia. I only receive jobseeker payments so it's a absolute need that I can claim rent assistance.
