I’m a 27-year-old guy who works full-time in design and residential sales (6 days a week), so I’m often out of the house. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me tanning or relaxing by the pool, catching up with my girlfriends, doing Pilates or heading out for a river walk. I love staying active and social, but I also really value a peaceful home.

I am a non-smoker, single gay guy and I don’t have pets or kids. I’m exceptionally clean, tidy, respectful, and like living in a calm, well-kept space.

I am flexible in regards to budget and length of stay.
