I am a friendly, down to earth fulltime employed 38 year old female professional who is looking for a space for me and my little fully housetrained doggo (nearly 8 year old jack russell cross). He loves other dogs so canine company would be no issue, he is under 10kg and non-shedding.
I mostly work from home so I'm looking for a space/s big enough for a queen bed, clothes storage and desk/study area or 2 rooms. A small yard for my dog would be a bonus.
Own bathroom and offstreet parking preferred. Im extremely clean, quiet and a non-drinker and non-smoker, but also very up for a chat.
Reasonably easy access to the CBD by train or bus (happy for a 30 minute or so commute) would be preferred.
