Hello, my name is Olivia, and my partner Nick and I are excited to be applying to rent your property. I am 29 years old and currently working as an Optometrist in Perth, where I relocated at the beginning of this year with Nick (32). We made the move to Perth to pursue further career opportunities and to enjoy the wonderful lifestyle the city offers, with the intention of making it our long-term home.
Originally from Victoria, we spent the last three years living in Darwin, where we purchased and lived in our own apartment from 2023. I completed my Bachelor of Vision Science and Master of Optometry in 2021 and worked full time as an Optometrist in Darwin from October 2021 to October 2024. I am now employed two days a week as a Lecturer in the Department of Optometry and Vision Science at the University of Western Australia, and three days a week as a clinician with Bailey Nelson in Fremantle.
Nick has an extensive 15 years employment history in the construction industry. He worked full time as a site manager from January 2025 to October 2025 and now works full time as a subcontractor specialising in the construction of high-end homes. His work is stable, reliable, and reflective of his strong professional reputation in the building industry.
Outside of work, Nick and I enjoy exploring the outdoors, cooking, and maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle. We are very clean, organised, and respectful tenants, and both of us pride ourselves on being financially reliable and responsible. We also hold substantial savings and investments, ensuring stability and security as tenants.
