Hi there!

My name is Sunny Ryou. I wanted to introduce myself personally because finding the right housemates is just as important as finding the right room. I am currently in Korea, but I’m actively looking for a place in Oakleigh and the surrounding suburbs to move into soon.

I’m a 22-year-old female from Korea on a Working Holiday visa. I am currently majoring in Art & Design at a university in Korea. I have a strong work ethic—I worked as an art teacher at a private academy for a year, and I also have experience working in bakeries and cafes.
I plan to start working at a restaurant immediately upon arrival. With my previous hospitality experience and savings, I am financially stable and fully capable of paying rent on time.

I’m a social person with an easygoing personality, but I also respect personal space. In my free time, I love watching dramas, reading books, and going for walks.

I’m a non-smoker and rarely drink. Most importantly, I am very tidy and clean up after myself regularly, so you won't have to worry about a messy house!
