I am looking for a room around the Merewether area to be closer to my lifestyle and work.

I love to keep a clean space and work mostly nights. My days off are usually spent outside running, walking, or at a cafe/the beach (or all of the above) and I usually have some baked treats on the go too. I enjoy quiet nights but also love to enjoy a few beers or a household dinner.

I spend a lot of time out of the house and working, but when I am home enjoy cooking, reading, socialising and honestly cleaning!

My budget is around $350 but open to anything for the right place and people.

I have been share housing on and off for the last 5-6 years. No pets, partner, or kids.
