Hi I have moved to Brisbane a few months ago from Darwin.
I have started a business installing commercial air conditioning so I am busy with that and away most days all day.
Currently living in Runcorn but looking to move closer to the city/ north side of city.
I’m a quiet person and like to keep to myself most the time but happy to socialise too.
Would be open to splitting the cost of a cleaner to clean the bathrooms and shared areas periodically as I have found previously with share houses this prevents a lot of issues and keeps everyone happy and comfortable. Having said that I’m not dirty and happy to clean after myself!
Only preference is an off street parking space as I keep a lot of tools and equipment in my car.
