I'm a 34-year-old male, looking for a furnished room as of the 10th of December. Happy to pay $250-350 a week. I'm unemployed yet once settled in I'll be working. I love animals and am happy to help with any chores. In my spare time I love going to the gym, meal prepping food so I'm only cooking once or twice a week. I'm a respectful tenant who values cleanliness and is always willing to lend a hand. Always paying rent/bills on time, every time. I have great references from my current share house in Perth. I rarely drink and I don't do drugs. I do vape however but am happy to not vape at home if not aloud.
