I'm a 34-year-old male, looking for a furnished room. Happy to pay $250-300 a week. I'm unemployed yet once settled in I'll be working. I am happy to help with any chores as well as cleaning whatever mess straight away. I love animals if you have any. In my spare time I enjoy going to the gym, meal prepping food so I'm only cooking once or twice a week. I'm a respectful tenant who values cleanliness and is always willing to lend a hand. Always paying rent/bills on time, every time. I have great references from my previous share house. I don't drink or party. I do vape however but am happy to not vape at home if not aloud.
