My name is Susy. I will be moving to Perth in mid-June with my 7-year-old son, and we are looking for a comfortable and stable place to stay long-term from 20 June.

About us:
We are a quiet, clean, and respectful family. My son is well-behaved, enjoys building blocks, reading and the beach, keeps a regular daily routine. I place a strong emphasis on maintaining a tidy and organised living environment, so keeping the home clean and in good condition is very important to us.

Our lifestyle is calm and healthy. We don’t smoke, don’t party, and spend most of our time on study, reading, and outdoor activities like going to the beach or parks. During weekdays, my son will attend school, and I usually spend my time reading or working quietly on my laptop.

I am a responsible and reliable tenant, able to pay rent on time, and I respect personal boundaries and house rules. I’m also happy to cooperate to maintain a peaceful and comfortable shared living environment if applicable.

We are planning to settle in Perth for a period of time, so we are looking for a place that we can treat as a home rather than just short-term accommodation.
