Hi! I'm looking for a room to rent.

We are from Taiwan and currently living in Wembley. I'm a stay-at-home mum living in Perth with my 7-year-old son, who attends City Beach Primary School. My son is well-behaved, and we're both quiet, clean, respectful, and non-smokers.

Our daily routine is very regular. We usually leave home in the morning for school and return before dinner. We normally get up at 6:30 am and go to bed around 9:00 pm. We don't have parties or visitors.

We are looking for a long-term place to stay, might at least 1 year.
