I’m a full-time worker with a consistent schedule and strong focus on financial priorities — rent always comes first, and I’m reliable with bills. I live pretty drama-free, quiet during the week, and keep things clean and respectful.

I’m currently based on the Gold Coast, Queensland, and planning to relocate to Melbourne, Victoria around January 28th.

I work out regularly and like staying in a good routine. On weekends I usually wind down with music, a bit of art, or just chilling out. I’m friendly, easy to talk to, but also very independent and respectful of everyone’s space.

Looking for a place with like-minded flatmates — people who are chill, clean, and responsible. Not into big parties or mess, just want a calm home vibe.

As I’ll be relocating interstate, I’ll be happy to do a video call once a place is locked in. I won’t be paying a bond until I’ve had confirmation that everything is legitimate.
