Hey, I’m Seb! Originally from Cologne, Germany, I’ve been living in Australia for the past 15 years, for some of those years around Caloundra, and I’m excited to find a new place closer to Noosa. I’m mindful, and I respect others’ choices and lifestyles.

I am vegan (love my smoothies), an early riser, and don’t smoke or drink. I’m passionate about triathlon, exploring nature, walking barefoot along the beach, and dipping in the ocean – basically all wellness and health. I love animals and enjoy wandering local markets and soaking up the community vibe.

I’m looking to connect with like-minded people who value community too – a place I can call home for a while. I’d love to enjoy the occasional dinner or hike together, making it more than just a living arrangement, but I’m very respectful of personal space and understand the importance of everyone having their own life.

Work-wise, I’m a consultant in employee development, mainly for US-based companies, and I run my own consultancy firm – I will be looking for a co-working space and also work from home on some days.

I am planning to stay for 6 months or longer, and I am flexible with the moving date. If you’re looking for someone friendly and considerate to share a space with, I’d love to hear from you! I am currently in Caloundra and would love to meet.
