Hey, I’m Seb! Originally from Cologne, Germany, I’ve been living in Australia for the past 15 years, for some of those years around Caloundra, and now I’m excited to find a new home near Noosa. I’m mindful and spiritual, and I deeply respect others’ choices and lifestyles.

I’m 45 years old and remain young at heart, and could imagine myself living with young and old alike. I am vegan (love my smoothies), an early riser, don’t smoke or drink, nor do I care for TV. I’m passionate about triathlon — I especially love using swimming pools around Noosa and exploring nature, walking barefoot along the beach, and dipping in the ocean – basically all wellness and health.

I’m looking to connect with like-minded people who value community and friendship – a place I can call home, soul-nourishing, peaceful, and grounding. I am planning to stay for 6 months or longer. I am a little flexible with the moving date. I’d enjoy the occasional dinner or hike together, making it more than just a living arrangement, but I’m also very respectful of personal space and understand the importance of everyone having their own life.

Work-wise, I’m a consultant in employee development, mainly for US-based companies, and I run my own educational business called DoGood Agency – I will be looking for a co-working space and also work from home.

I’m an animal lover and enjoy wandering local markets, soaking up the community vibe, and attending mindful events in the region.
