Avery Evans

I’m a 24-year-old Canadian student starting my master’s at UWA for 1.5 years. Over the past six years, I’ve lived in all kinds of shared homes as a student and while traveling, so I’m very comfortable living with others and keeping a tidy, respectful space. I’m usually busy with work and school, but I’m social, easygoing, and also appreciate having my own downtime. I’m excited to meet new people and make Perth feel like home!

I’m looking for a place close to UWA and near the beach starting at the beginning of February. I’m hoping to live with housemates who are okay with my boyfriend or one of my parents visiting for a couple of days on rare occasions (likely only once throughout the year, since my family is in Canada). I get along well with everyone, and I’m clean, considerate, and focused on my studies.
