Hi! I’m a 25-year-old Korean student majoring in AI. I’m moving to Perth in late January and looking for a long-term room (ideally 6 months+).
I’m a tidy and respectful housemate — I clean up after myself, keep noise down, and treat shared spaces like they’re my own. I’m reliable with rent/bills and I’m easy to communicate with (I prefer solving things early and calmly).
My routine is pretty simple: study, gym, and quiet downtime. I’m social and friendly, but I’m not a party person, so I fit best in a relaxed home. I’m happy to chat occasionally, share a meal sometimes, and contribute to a positive house vibe.
