Hi,
 I’m a quiet but sociable, positive, 57 year old lady.

I live in a new, 2 bedroom duplex in Browns Plains.
My current Lease expires on 13th Jan 2026. I have been offered another 6 -12 months, rent $510.
I’m looking for a flatmate (who’s working) to share, and take the 2nd bedroom.
I have a 3.5 year old, house trained, Maltese /Shih tzu named, Archie.
Although I'll be looking after him, someone that likes dogs is important to me.

I'm a private person who is respectful of others, and their space.
 When I'm not at work, I spend time at the beach, swimming, walking with my dog, and catching up with friends. I enjoy cooking, but also like eating out.
I'm currently in between jobs, but will be returning to Part-time work shortly.
I like the rent and bills always paid on time, and I'm looking for someone like minded with that.
