We are a clean, calm and respectful couple currently in Melbourne, looking for a private place just for the two of us (studio, one-bedroom apartment or self-contained space).

We are not looking for a shared house and would like our own space.
We are reliable with rent and bills, take great care of the property and treat it as our own.

We both have savings to cover rent and expenses and are available to move in immediately.
Flexible with location and happy to attend an inspection anytime.
