Hi future housemates! I’m Caitlin, I’m a primary school teacher who is currently looking for a friendly, respectful share house to call home. I’m easygoing, reliable, and considerate of shared spaces, and I take pride in keeping the house clean and comfortable for everyone.

During the week I’m fairly routine-based with work, so I appreciate a calm and relaxed home environment, but I also enjoy having a chat, sharing a meal, or spending time together when it suits. I’m very mindful of noise and privacy and believe good communication makes a household run smoothly.

I have two beautiful indoor cats. They’re calm, friendly, litter-trained, and used to living around people. I take care to keep their space clean, so they’re easy to live with.

I’m looking for a like-minded roomie and would love to move in somewhere ASAP 😊.
