Hello, looking for place around marion area.

Option 1.
2 rooms or 1 large room, inclusive of bills. (Have my own internet so thats ok) ( price 0- 450) we dont seem to use much power consumption at all and water usage is always between $31-$58 a quarter) . We use our gym showers alot !

Option 2. Whole property with guaranteed long term stay in writing (just for peace of mind sakes as more responsibility in this case, please no less then 2 years if its whole house. Price up to $380 for granny flat/studio or 2 bedroom.
Price up to $700 for min of 2 bathroom/3 bedroom
with study-room/second living

or min of 2 bathroom, 4 bedroom.

Pet friendly, (maltese shitzu, very friendly, snuggly and well toilet trained.

Easy to maintain yards if whole property.
Not with any smokers or party people please.

I am a solo mother with 3 school aged very well mannered people. I am trying to get my head wrapped around this buy/sell/invest stuff at present but the most important part of it all for us is assuring a safe base close to where they will all be going to school.

Areas between hallett cove ( very familliar with area) and seacliff (also very familiar with area) .

I love to sing dance, play piano, guitar.

Im studying full time in the fitness and health industry.
I am studying French, Italian. Advanced music and a few drop in courses that pop up to refresh learning areas of previous study.

I have all my police and child safe/wwccc and catholic learences.

Im looking to obtain white card in order to get foot into another area too, fast tracking towards areas left paused for far too long.

I enjoy cooking!!
I enjoy cleaning and am self employed as support worker/cleaner at present but have paused all work so I can focus on my studies and enjoy my children in the gaps between study and gym.

I am a gym goer all the way. I love to encourage everyone into such a worth while environment/journey of their own self discovery in such a great thing.

My children are very much into all the same things as myself. My children have careers in mind already and just like to get on with life, nearly always out doors too if not at school etc.

I have lived this long and ever been interstate or on such adventures where I am safe and able to recall delightful experiences. So I am yearning to travel, we want to see Sydney, wa and Gold Coast, in SA i would like to see victor harbour (for new memories), more of normanville Millicent and tumby bay so any short term stays in those places also please let me know even if its borrowing your yard or driveway for our car and to set up camp for a night ( depends on rules and safety)
