Hello! My name is Bianca.
I’m a quiet, respectful, reliable, and positive 20-year-old currently looking for a short to long-term place to live in Perth.
I moved from Kalgoorlie in February 2024 to study and work, and have been living in a share house with friends since then. My family is still based in Kalgoorlie, therefore I’m fully independent and very mindful of maintaining a stable, respectful home environment while also ensuring i am always working! Once settled, I’m hoping to continue my studies in creative writing alongside work.
I work consistently as a sales assistant and am very reliable with rent and bills — always paid on time. I value open communication, transparency, and mutual respect, and I’m considerate of others’ space. Most of my time is spent at work, quietly in my room reading or studying, or visiting my best friend (who also rents).
I’m currently focused on saving for university, living expenses, and my future, and I take pride in being responsible, kind, and easy to live with.
I would also like to be upfront that I do smoke; however, I am actively working toward quitting and am more than happy to smoke only outside or away from the property, in line with house preferences.
I’m hoping to find a home where understanding, respect, and kindness are shared values.
