Hello, my name is Jasmin. I currently just moved to Australia from Philippines, I'm also from New Zealand. I'm a quiet individual who likes to keep to herself. I don't play loud music or anything loud. I'm someone who is able to handle my own chores and tidy up after myself. I like to make new friends and get along with people! I prefer a furnished room, or at least a room with a bed but it's okay if not possible. I'm flexible and not very picky, as long as we get along well and I accept women only flats. I'm also happy if the bills and internet are included with rent, thank you.
