I used to be a manager in a Airbnb-related company, and we run over 150 rooms just by 1boss, 2 manager, and 10+ cleaning staffs. so I'm used to repair things(Air conditioner/Washingmachine/showers/etc..) and good at cleaning, maintaining the room condition neat.
also we had variant staffs which came from all abroad and my job was to gather guys that are not that familiar with each other. that was my strength as a manager. I didn't just supervise and order them what to do, I join myself into that relationship and bond many staffs together so they could help each other time to time.
finally, I know that many people in korea in not used to 'sharehouse lifestyle' but I'm currently living in one since my friends and I(three of us) are leaving in one apartment for 1 year now.
