Hi! I’m on the hunt for a long-term room (minimum 6 months) north of the river, ideally around Scarborough, City Beach, Doubleview or Wembley Downs ISH area. But open to other areas.

A bit about me:
I’m in my 30s, working shift work across the city, clean, tidy and genuinely easy to live with. I love outdoor adventures, camping and beach days, and I’m also partial to a craft project on a quiet afternoon.

Happy for a friendly natter or an alfresco wine from time to time, but I absolutely respect people’s space and downtime. Looking for a relaxed, respectful household with similar vibes.

Budget: up to $400 pw, ideally bills included
Move-in: from 23rd Feb or mid March
Preference: furnished if possible
Length: long term (min 6 months)
