🌿 Japanese Married Couple Seeking a Long-Term Home in Adelaide 🇦🇺

Hi! We are a Japanese married couple (26 & 30) arriving in Adelaide on 18 February 2026.

I work full-time, and my husband is studying a Master of IT on a Student visa. We are financially stable and planning to stay in Adelaide long-term.

We previously lived in Australia for around six years, so we are very familiar with the local lifestyle and rental culture. We understand the importance of paying rent on time, keeping shared spaces clean, and respecting privacy and house rules.
