I’m Charley, a mature and respectful 20 year-old male who arrived in Australia this December on a Working Holiday Visa. I’m looking to make Perth my home and am seeking a room in a shared flat or house for a minimum stay of 3 months, with the intention to settle longer term if it’s a good fit.

I’m currently actively seeking employment as a FIFO utility worker and treating my job search seriously, applying daily and attending interviews. While I’m in the process of securing work, I am financially prepared and can provide bank statements and financial documents to demonstrate my ability to pay rent on time and cover living expenses comfortably.

I live a healthy, structured lifestyle and spend my time at the gym, at the beach, or cooking nutritious meals at home. I’m tidy, considerate of shared spaces, and respectful of other people’s routines and privacy. I don’t smoke.

I’m reliable, easy to get along with, and treat any home I live in with care and respect. I’m ideally looking for a like-minded household where everyone is friendly, responsible, and communicative.
