I am easy-going and respectful of shared spaces. I like keeping common areas reasonably clean, and I’m mindful of noise, especially at night. I communicate clearly if something’s bothering me rather than letting it build up, and I’m open to feedback, too. I’m reliable with rent and bills, and I stick to agreed routines. I value privacy, and would expect the same from my flatmate. I will be busy working most of the days of the week, and I prefer a calm and peaceful environment.
