We are three Italian guys, all between 25 and 30 years old, currently in Australia on Working Holiday Visas, and we are looking to rent the entire apartment exclusively for the three of us.
We are clean, respectful, calm, and responsible tenants. We take great care of the place we live in and always keep common areas tidy. We are used to living together and maintaining a well-organised, quiet, and positive home environment.
We all have a professional background, are reliable with rent and bills, and treat the apartment as if it were our own. We enjoy cooking and living together, while always respecting neighbours and house rules.
