I’m looking to rent a place for six to twelve months, full-time.

I’m work in Seaford and would really appreciate being as close as possible.

I’ll be working from the office every day, from 8 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday.

I don’t have any pets or children, just myself.

I’d really need a car space to store my car when I’m not around, or some street space and someone to keep an eye on things.

I’m only interested in living with women. I love watching movies and TV.

My husband and I will be living on King Island, but I need to be in Seaford for work for two weeks each, alternating with two weeks back on KI. This means I’ll be paying full rent but only living there half the time. so win win for any person
