Hey guys ,

I am looking for an unfurnished room to rent preferably my own bathroom (but flexible) aircon is an absolute must fans do not work for me or portable aircons.
I am 30 , non smoker, no pets , quiet, Pride myself on cleanliness and respectful of space and boundaries .
I would not be ok with anyone going through my space and vice versa.
I can be social but mostly routine oriented minimal socialising and would prefer to be sticking to myself most of the time .
If a friendship comes out of it great depending on how well we gel and or bounce off each other but still whilst creating those boundaries .
Also prefer a neurodivergent house hold or people who are understanding of autism or just laid back and easy going.
and only open to sharing with 2 people at the most.
I have had to move quite a few times in the last few months so unfortunately need to be a bit fussy this time and try find the right place for myself. I do not want to have to do this again , moving is exausting as you would know .
I am not after a party house , drugs or any drama affliated . Just an open safe, secure place long term where everyone is treated as an equal.
I am not currently working but studying but receive an allowance , and can provide great references and rental ledgers .
I would need space to run and hook up my own fridge 300l standard size and room for a few storage tubs and couple of things no furniture or anything like this !
