Abba and Brandy

We're Abba and Brandy, two easy-going twenty-somethings looking for a place to call home on the Gold Coast!
Abba is moving from Canada on January 12th with a working holiday visa and a bachelor's degree in hand. She'll be job hunting in retail or hospitality while searching for career opportunities. Brandy is a local from North Brisbane working as a tattoo apprentice.
We're both clean, respectful housemates who love to stay busy—whether that's working, hanging out with friends, or exploring the Coast. We're social but not party animals, and we tend to spend most of our time out and about rather than at home. We're looking for somewhere we can settle in, contribute to a positive household vibe, and enjoy living near the beach.

What we're looking for:
2 rooms in a shared house or apartment (250 per person, 500 togther - pw)
Move-in date: January 12th (flexible by a few days)
Ideally close to public transport and the beach
Friendly, drama-free environment
