I am a 44 year old single woman looking for one other to share with in a safe and comfortable area, close to public transport. I am looking at all the areas of Brisbane for a 2 or 3 bedroom townhouse or apartment. I am pet friendly, kid friendly and okay with constructive criticism. I am neat and tidy and I can cook. I have a driver's licence but no car. I have kids who are adults and who don't live with me. I love music and aromatherapy. I am studying externally and looking for work. I am into watching comedy, mostly standup and I like swimming so a pool would be advantageous. I usually keep to myself and I have just joined a new gym. I'm a healthy eater and don't mind shopping for food and household items or taking turns. I have some furniture. I have lived by myself for 2+ years after moving to Brisbane. I am mostly wanting a nicer place and to share the rent.
