I'm looking for accommodation here in Brisbane for a minimum three months to get myself settled. I have casual work lined up to start on June 1, I also have decent savings to last me some months. I'm quiet, you'd barely notice me around. I most recently lived above my landlords' garage and they would agree! I don't drink, smoke, do drugs or host parties. I like to have a quiet place of my own to relax in after work and my own space. I don't want to live in a share house for the above reason, I like my own self contained private accommodation - a studio/granny flat etc. I'm happy to consider anything within roughly 30 minutes of the Brisbane CBD.
I'm gay, clean, tidy, respectful, quiet and love having binge fests on Netflix. I dont smoke or do drugs, I also don't have any pets and I rarely drink but when I do it's just a couple when I go out with friends. I also work on a permanent casual basis as a cleaner and looking to study whilst working in the near future. Looking for a smoke and pet free place to live at the end of my lease now finishing earlier on June 29. I have a preference for my own bathroom and off street parking, happy to negotiate higher rent to obtain those.
Hi, my names Cory, currently working full time at Arana Hills Plaza and am looking for a place for after my current lease runs out at the end of July, a bit far in the future i know, just like to be organized! 😀 I work early till late 5 days a week and will keep to myself for the most part but will never pass up a chat while cooking or hanging around at home. I dont have too many hobbies I just tent to play games or binge tv series. Love dogs with a passion and dont mind cats at all. Ideally looking for a nice neat place to have as a semi permanent home while i save some money up. Please dont hesitate to send me a message I try to check them regularly! 😊
Very clean Easy to talk to and get along with Always keen for a laugh Trustworthy and respectful Keeps to self mostly Quiet
I am a quiet tidy respectful person, and very reliable and easy to get along with.I mainly keep too myself, I am currently studying my diploma of Beauty and Spa practice. I have one medium sized dog who is 25kg and loves people, so I would only consider places with a decent sized yard.
Hello! I'm Isabella. Currently studying a medical degree at QUT, I work during the semester breaks to fund studying during the semester, (so I'm like living with a ghost). I don't have any pets or boyfriends, just interested in studying and working. Drinking and partying is not a past time I partake. Established, own all my own furniture and kitchen appliances. I own a 1953 Austin somerset, due to its vintage for insurance purposes I do need a place with a shed of some description. if you're after someone low-key and relaxed, we'll get on.
Very quiet, very neat and tidy, don’t make a mess and keep shared areas clean, non smoker, non drinker, don’t take drugs, don’t play loud music or TV, fitness orientated. Keen mountain biker. Recently returned from 9 years living working overseas and a Graphic Designer / Web Development Business Owner in Uganda East Africa. Single, not into pubs or clubs, just value peace and quiet and freedom to get out on either my mountain bike or road bike. When indoors I like to browse Facebook or YouTube, mostly use headphones in my room. I’m very conscientious of not invading other people’s space as I like my own. I’m not a hang out in the lounge room person. I don’t like noisy environments so therefore I myself am very quiet. I was a full time Nightclub DJ in all the main Clubs in Brisbane and Gold Coast before I relocated overseas, so I’ve had my share of music lol. Before that I raced BMX Professionally and Coached. I’ve worked very, very hard the past 3 decades, always self employed under contracts / own businesses, i’m currently taking a bit of a break and reassessing my next chapter, my main focus being ongoing treatment for chronic migraines to improve on quality of life and focusing on my health and fitness. I’m not much of a cook, so I live off healthy wraps, juices and fresh foods lol. I have a pretty quick witted sense of humour when I do engage in conversation. I’ve mostly always only ever had my own place, my current circumstances simply don’t allow that due to closing up my business in a very corrupt 3rd world country and having my assets tied up overseas. That said, when I stay with someone I treat being a guest in their place or sharing a place with utmost respect, cleanliness and friendliness is the best environment. Although not a deal breaker, would be a bonus to share with fellow mountain bikers to help motivate me get out on the trails even more often. Also keen to share with social road riders as I’ve started doing River Loop Rides, aside from Loops and occasional Mt Cootha Laps, I prefer sticking to the Bike Path Networks. My ideal location would be close to Mt Cootha, eg. Toowong, Bardon, Auchenflower, Milton etc. Ferny Grove is also an option I might consider. I do need a parking spot for my car. Not bothered if it’s off street or on street.
Hey there, my name is Tyler and im 23. Looking to move into a new place as the current place im stating is being sold. Im relaxed and laid back. Eady to be around and sociable, but happy to have my own space. I work part time, if im not working im sleeping or training. In my spare time i either go on adventures or rest :p Im reliable and vlean also :)
Looking for accomadation during the week for work mostly, I am finishing a house on the weekends that I own on the bayside of Brisbane with the view to renting it out or selling it and am looking to stop travelling so much. I will be looking to move over this area when I have completed it so may be temporary may be for the long term. Easy going guy, green keeper by trade working full time as a crew leader with the Moreton Bay Council . I'm also a owner builder so very handy if needed/helpful to the deal. I enjoy company as well as my own space, I have a partner who resides overseas, and I travel every 3 months approximately for a few weeks at a time. I would prefer a granny flat or downstairs in a house type of setup but I am open to other possible scenarios including a caretaker type role etc. I will probably be looking for a second job in the evenings as well so I won't be around much most likely, just looking for a shower and a bed and a place to relax after and in between work.
Looking for all-female house/flat (with no boyfriend-sleepovers) close to good public transport, quiet and safe area and house, considerate and responsible housemates who are friendly but give personal space, and no cats (if possible) or dogs. Fish and chickens are okay! : ) Prefer similar age-range/ 26-45. I've received a lot of messages that don't actually fit any of that, so please respond only if you/your place actually meet these things - not guys, sorry, and please within this price range! I'm responsible, mature, clean, considerate, and friendly, and want housemates who also have these habits. Outside space for gardening is great, but not essential, and somewhere to store my things - about 1.5 cubed metres (garage space, under-the-house, shed, or part of a spare room).
Hello I’m Steph! I work in admin full time at the Valley, Saturday-Wednesday. I’m friendly, enjoy my downtime, and usually I’ll be out somewhere on my two days off. I have a border collie, Harry, who loves everyone and everything. He is the biggest sweetheart, and if you throw a ball to him he will be your best friend. I’m looking for a genuine, respectful household who doesn’t mind having a pet or some sneaky bevy’s at night!
My name is Cheyenne, I'm a Registered Nurse working full-time. Easy going but still reliable and tidy. I enjoy going outdoors for adventures and am partial to a few drinks on the weekend. I am looking for a place where I can bring my 5 year old male Golden retriever Leroy. He's a super lcalm de-sexed dog who just loves people and is used to roaming in and out of the house. I leave him happily in the backyard when I'm at work but he likes to hang out inside when I'm home. He's not a barker/doesn't hav any bad behaviours! So I'm in need of some dog loving house mates! I also have two cars so am in need of a place with lots of off street/street parking! Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions :) Cheers, Cheyenne
Hey! I'm Nicole! I'm a super out going, vibrant 23 year old that's always down for a hang and a drink or driving up a mountain or out to a forest. I absolutely love astrology and the universe and I probably know more conspiracy theories than you hahahahha. Im a clean person so you don't need to worry about that, I love all animals too so if you have a pet, they'll be loved! I'm looking to move out of my parents home and get life started properly!
My name is Joss, I am a 27 year old and I have just sold my first house. I have been living here in Bardon for 5 years... I love being close to the city but still having the neighbourhood feeling. I work full time in solar energy during the week so I'm always out and about and busy during the week and I like to relax and play music or hang out with friends on weekends. On Thursdays I play an acoustic set at the YHA Pub and sometimes I spend some time on the Sunshine Coast. My flat mate Reece is great to live with.. out of all the flat mates I have had over the last 5 years I know how hard it is to find clean professional flat mates so I am happy to give him a good reference and live with him again. Reece works full time and is also studying so he is quite busy but also likes to chill out and be a little social over the weekend.
Hi my name is Alison, I am 20 years old and I currently work part time in the CBD. I am a quiet and respectful tenant who is always on time with rent and appreciates a clean and tidy living space. I enjoy relaxing at home and love a good chat when I'm free. I am currently staying with a friend so I am ready to move in to a new place now. Hope to talk to you soon, Alison.
Hey :) My name is Caity and I'm currently studying a Dual Bachelor's Degree of Human Resource Management and Psychology at QUT (Kelvin Grove and Gardens Point Campuses). I also work part-time at a Paediatric Psychology and Psychiatry Clinic in Spring Hill (just about to move to Paddington). I cook, bake and am pretty active; swim, play tennis, and love a bit of hot yoga. Not a massive partier - prefer a couple of beers or a glass of wine. I'm single, a non-smoker and keep a pretty clean room - also happy to clean shared spaces as well. I don't have any pets, but am fine if you have pets - love animals. I've lived with both guys and girls in a pretty varied range of situations; lived with 7 guys in the UK, and in a couple of apartments with both guys and girls, so no preference on gender. Keen to make friends but am also pretty introverted so don't mind keeping to myself - whatever works for you guys. I have a car so street parking at least would be preferable. I'd be looking to move in around 11th of July - I know this is a bit far away, but figured I'd at least start looking :) I'd be keen to find a place to stay for at least 6 months or more.
Hey guys, I'm an easy going, genuine, tidy and respectful person. I like to keep the air clear with housemate and am looking for a peaceful environment. Looking for mature and honest people preferably, in a leafy lush suburb 🏡 I love to laugh and enjoy a good chat but also enjoy my solo time outdoors, trail running, hiking, yoga and reading. I live a healthy organic lifestyle, don't drink or smoke, nor drugs. Prefer to find natural highs in being creative or active, or with zen music and meditation 🙏 Looking for like minded people to share with that are health conscious, independant and respectful of personal space, but like to acknowledge each others presence and be kind 😊 Living in Mt Nebo at the moment and looking for a peaceful share house. I also work from home a bit as an Artist and a Energy Healing Therapist but am looking into renting a space. Good views of the mountains vs the city, and a spare room to work from would be a dream come true. Looking for 6 months at a time but keen to stay on if it's a great fit 😊✌
I'm very easy going, considerate of others their belongings and personal space I get a long with everyone and want to help out wherever I can. I'm reliable and responsible. I have a small domestic short hair cat, she is very well trained.

Friendly and chilled out person. Involved heavily with Paralympic soccer and helping out in community program through the soccer. Love the odd weekend beer and going out but then also love a good night in watching Netflix with pizza or something. Helps out with cleaning around the house.
Hey future flatmates! I am an easy going professional guy that likes long walks on the beach, candle light dinners and, oh wait wrong kind of site! Anyway, I work as a consultant and I am looking for a place in the Mitchelton area. Spend most my spare time working or out doing photography. I am friendly, easy going, funny and clean, I actually love to clean. Feel free to message me anytime if you want to talk rooms.
Hello, my name is Robert, and I am looking for a studio/granny flat housing or flatshare /houseshare. I am a creative cook after years of experimenting with novel combinations of ingredients given limited resources. I am educated and good for an intellectual conversation. My idea is fun is a video night working through cult animations or classics of cinema. I have a housing budget of $185 per week including utility and internet bills, so $160 for rent alone. I'm a mature age student who does some casual work to supplement Newstart income. I require walking distance access to regular public transport services. I am interested in most locations within 5km of a rail station, but listed transport hub suburbs in my profile preferences as a standin for that.
We are friendly, tidy, quiet and respectful. Both of us like music, Elodie try to play guitar an Alice listen TIDAL apply all the day. We are exacting to discover new place and people.

I’m a 26 year old professional male living on the north side but am looking to move closer to Indooroopilly for my work. I’ve recently moved home to Australia after living in Denmark for the past year. I’m clean, quiet and enjoy my own space. I also like to socialise and to get to know others. I work every week day and occasionally weekends. I don’t party or drink very often but I don’t mind doing it from time to time. I like to exercise most week days. I can cook basic things, nothing fancy haha. I’m a little bit OCD about being neat but I’m not pushy. This mainly applies to my personal stuff.
