I hope you are well. My name is Adelaide, I’m looking to rent a house with 3 bedroom, where my brother and I will rent together for a few months before my partner moves to Canberra and will live with us too around march 2026. Would love a place with a backyard, garage space and drive way for a few cars, in built wardrobes, and ducted reverse cycle heating and cooling.

I original moved to Canberra at the beginning of 2025 for university, where I am studying a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at UC. I enjoy playing rugby union, as well as camping and 4 wheel driving. I have a stable income from Centrelink due to full time studying as well as two casual jobs I have scored while in Canberra.

I currently am living in a two bedroom apartment where I pay $580 promptly a fortnight in rent as well as on top utility bills. I am a responsible, reliable co - tenant with a stable income and a strong rental history. I value a clean, well-maintained and organised living space and take pride in being respectful of both the property and my neighbours.

My partner who is a full time Panel Beater in Walwa for Phill Crib panels, is planning on moving to Canberra early next year, around march. He will be moving in and there will be 3 people paying rent instead of 2, he will sort out applying for co tentancy later on.
