Hi,

My name is Paul and I'm looking for a place to stay short/long term, long term preferred.

I'm looking for something that has it's own bathroom or ensuite (preferably) but happy to share.

I'm 64yrs old and very quiet, I keep to myself and I'm very respectful of other peoples privacy and expect the same in return.

I don't mind silence as well as some friendly chat in passing.

I Only care about my business, not that of others, but do listen if someone needs to talk.

Cleanliness is top of the list and appreciate a clean, calm living environment.

I'm a non smoker, I drink very occasionally.
