Hi,

My name is Paul and I'm looking for a place to stay short/long term, long term preferred.
I'm looking for something that has it's own bathroom or ensuite, not shared.

I'm 64yrs young (Retired) and very quiet, I keep to myself and I'm very respectful of other peoples privacy and expect the same in return.

I don't mind silence as well as some warm conversation.

Only care about my business, not that of others, but do listen if someone needs to talk.

Cleanliness is top of the list.

I'm a non smoker, I drink occasionally.
