We are looking for a new home mid July 2026.
Our budget is $300 to $400 inclusive per week. Can be a little flexible for the right place.
Ideally need access to a yard for my boy or a sliding door to a balcony.
We currently live in a granny flat in caringbah, unfortunately my financial situation has changed and we need a cheaper place to call home.
We are ideally looking for a long term home, a granny flat , a one bedroom or a studio would be ideal and close to a train station if not in cronulla. Happy to flat with the right person/ people.
I am clean, respectful and not a party person. I vape but outside only and I don’t drink.
We both like a quiet and relaxed place to live. I enjoy my own space and am respectful to others.
I have references that would be happy to chat to you if needed.
I have all my own furniture if that suited someone that is looking for a flatmate.
